Great office with lots of caring doctors. We had a late night emergency and Dr. Carney talked us through our situation and followed up the next day to make sure we were doing ok. She’s our favorite healthcare provider of all the doctors our family uses for our many healthcare needs. No one cares for our kids like this office.

Dr.Bailey saw my 12 year old son after a traumatic fall . He is remarkable he came in on a holiday weekend he followed up my son on Labor day at his office. Not only is Dr Bailey great his office staff is wonderful!! and his front desk is incredible(Katie) KUDOS to his Office Manager Kathie her knowledge about insurances is great!!! Welcome to Fredericksburg DR BAILEY!!! You are a true blessing!!

This dental practice continues to provide me the best service I could ever hope for. Before I became a patient of Dr. Rolf, like so many patients, I was quite uneasy about going to the dentist. Dr. Rolf and his staff have totally removed my uneasiness. My appointments have ranged from regularly scheduled hygienist visits to appointments for major tooth repair. I would never think of going anywhere else.

I went to the office with a broken tooth during the first week of January, was seen by Dr. Jones and told they would need to submit information to my insurance company and I would be contacted. I waited six weeks and called. I was told sometimes it takes a long time. I waited another month and called and got the same response. When I called the third time, I was told that the insurance company did not have more information and I would have to come in again to see Dr. Jones and start the process all over again. It would’ve taken me six months to get a broken tooth fixed. Unbelievable!

By far the worst experience i have ever had was at Konikoff Dentistry. Long waiting periods before being seen….long after….etc. Rude pushy dentists trying to do more than necessary. Not good with children etc. Its all about money for them. They over charge every single time a procedure is done. Eventually you get the money back but it your insurance has to come through first then they keep your money in an account (drawing interest on your money). The assistants who do the cleaning are however very professional and courteous. I tried to work with them for over 4 year and its always the same thing.

I have been going to Dr. Ray for a few years now, and each time I visit his office, I feel like I was with a real pro. He is a dentist that not only cares about my teeth and their well-being, but someone who treats me very respectfully. He takes the time to fully explain what is or needs to be done and always takes all the time necessary to fully host all of my questions.
